Important Notes

  • Weight Limits: Prices listed are for parcels up to 30kg. Additional charges may apply for parcels exceeding this weight limit.
  • Size Limits: All orders for sheeting (MAGNETIC SHEETING OR FERRO SHEETING) will be delivered via Pallet Courier and therefore the customer will require a forklift to accept delivery. For oversized parcels (girth over 600cm), additional fees may apply.
  • Surcharges: Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Highlands and Islands) may incur additional charges.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure:

  • Products Are Unused: Items should be in their original, unused condition, without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Please note that customized or bespoke products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Returning Your Items

Once you’ve received your returns authorization number, please securely package the items and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation. Make sure to mark the package clearly with the returns authorization number.

  1. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few more days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
